A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 5:20 PM. The motion carried.
