APPROVAL OF MINUTES 15-00968 Approval of the 10/27/2015 finance committee minutes. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. Ayes: 3 AGENDA 15-00956 A Resolution to accept the bid for the water infiltration project at the Aurora Police Headquarters, from Western Specialty Contractors of Chicago, Illinois in the total amount of $97,630.00. A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00959 A Resolution to ratify payment to Coffman Truck for the engine replacement in unit 63-169 for $28,019.07 as a sole source A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00985 A Resolution authorizing an increase to purchase order number 279074 with Rochelle Waste Disposal from $25,000.00 to $40,000.00. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00957 A Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Motor Fuel Tax Resolution Appropriating $1,210,480.00 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Snow Removal Operations During the 2015-2016 Winter Seasons. MFT Section 16-00000-00-GM . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00978 Review of the Proposed 2016 City Budget-Development Services and Finance. The reports/studies were discussed and filed.
