ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chairperson Bob O'Connor, Alderman Tina Bohman and Alderman Rick Mervine OTHERS PRESENT Steve Lord, Beacon News; Michael Schroeck City of Aurora: Chris Lirot, Engineering; Jolene Coulter, Purchasing; Alderman Bill Donnell, Ward 4; Dan Anderson, Superintendent of Parks; Brian Caputo, Chief Finance Officer; Carie Anne Ergo, Chief Management Officer; Cristal Martinez, Aldermen's Office APPROVAL OF MINUTES 16-00774 Approval of the minutes from the Finance Committee meeting on 08/09/2016. A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 AGENDA 16-00389 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of new duty ammunition for sworn police personnel. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final August 23, 2016 Ayes: 3 16-00794 A Resolution Authorizing the City of Aurora to Enter into a Residential Lease Agreement for 900 Ray Moses Drive, Aurora, IL . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 16-00799 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Engineering Services Agreement, Supplement No. 1 with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. and to Appropriate Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the Farnsworth Avenue Drainage and Roadway Improvements, MFT #13-00302-00-BR. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 16-00812 A Resolution approving the Ward 10 Residential Grant Program as an Annual Program Beginning Year 2016 . This Resolution was held for next meeting 9/13/2016. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:25pm. The motion carried.
