A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final October 25, 2016 16-01000 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of bulk rock salt in the amount of $64.72 per ton from Cargill Incorporated Salt Division, North Olmsted for the Division of Street Maintenance. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 16-00968 A Resolution Authorizing the Second Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Aurora and the Aurora Civic Center Authority Regarding the Management of RiverEdge Park and John C. Dunham Pavilion A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:45pm. The motion carried.
