Ayes: 3 16-01187 A Resolution approving a Master Access and Remediation Agreement as well as a Highway Authority Agreement with the Nicor Gas Company and Commonwealth Edison Company for the remediation of River Street and North Avenue from Prairie Street to North Avenue. Alderman Bohman left the meeting at 4:30 PM to return at 4:35 PM. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Chairperson O'Connor, that this agenda item be recommended for approval.
