Approved by Alderman Mervine via e-mail, seconded by Chairman O'Connor. Ayes 2 17-00453 Approval of the minutes from the Special Finance Committee meeting on May 16, 2016. A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Chairperson O'Connor, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 2 Abstain: 1 City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final May 23, 2017 AGENDA 17-00452 A Resolution Approving of a supplemental Agreement with HR Green Inc. for the Downer Place, Galena Blvd and New York Street Downtown Two Way Conversion in the amount of $67,902.00 A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 17-00011 A Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Obsolete and Surplus Property A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 17-00414 A Resolution to accept the bid from Segway, Inc, 14 Technology Drive, Bedford, New Hampshire, for the purchase of two Segway SE-3 Patrollers (Police) for the Aurora Police Department . A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 17-00425 A Resolution authorizing the purchase, in excess of $25,000 of certain fuels (On-road diesel, Off-road diesel and gasoline) for various City of Aurora departments (Fire, Parks, Water production, Airport and others) for daily operations and backup generator usage from Blu Petroleum , Inc. A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:33pm. The motion carried.
