Chairman O'Connor called the meeting to order at 3:11 p.m.

A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora Entitled "Taxation" (Municipal
Gas Use Tax).
A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Chairperson O'Connor,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

17-01114 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 44, Article III, Section 44-32, of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora Entitled “Taxation” (Municipal
Electricity Tax).
A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Chairperson O'Connor,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman O'Connor adjourned
the meeting at 4:28 p.m.
