APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0842 Approval of the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on September 12, 2019. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final September 26, 2019 AGENDA 19-0832 A Resolution authorizing execution of a supplemental Motor Fuel Tax resolution appropriating $600,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds (MFT Section No. 19-00000-00-GM) for snow removal operations in 2019. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0846 An Ordinance Calling for a Public Hearing and a Joint Review Board Meeting to Consider the Designation of a Redevelopment Project Area and the Approval of a Redevelopment Plan and Project for the 75th Street Ogden Avenue Tax Increment Financing District. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0827 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of security system hardware, software, installation and annual maintenance services from CDW-G Corporation of Vernon Hills, IL under a National IPA purchasing agreement for an amount not to exceed $1,825,209 . A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0860 Public Hearing regarding the creation of the proposed River Benton Tax Increment Finance District . A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0861 Public Hearing regarding the creation of the proposed Galena Broadway Tax Increment Finance District . A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns , seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole, on the agenda for 10/1/2019. The motion carried by voice vote. This Presentation/Proclamation/Recognition/Awards was discussed and filed ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:45pm. The motion carried.
