This Reports/Studies was discussed and filed. Alderman Hart-Burns stepped out of the meeting at 4:40 p.m. and returned to the meeting at 4:57 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Bob O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 5:17 p.m. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION THIS MEETING AGENDA SHALL ALSO SERVE AS NOTICE THAT A MAJORITY OF A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AURORA, ILLINOIS MAY ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMMITTEE MEETING.
