A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA 21-0085 A Resolution Authorizing Well Maintenance Services for Well No. 23 for the Water Production Division. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0092 A Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., for the development of a Source Water Protection Plan for the Water Production Division A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0108 A Resolution approving the installation of Plymovent systems by Hastings Air Energy Control, Inc. at Aurora Fire Station 4 and Station 5 for reserve vehicles. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0164 A Resolution Authorizing various laboratory water analyses from Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC for budget year 2021 for the Water Production Division A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0175 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a First Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement Previously Entered into Between the City of Aurora and Bernie Laskowski/Craft Urban . A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0166 A Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of the Donation of Frames from Feltes Photography to Public Art . This Resolution was discussed and forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole. CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
