A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
