CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Carl Franco called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. Alderman Edward Bugg requested permission to participate remotely per Section 2-80 based on a reasonable anticipation of an extended illness. A motion was made by Alderwoman Scheketa Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Sherman Jenkins.The motion carried by voice vote, 3-0.
