ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Carl Franco, Vice Chair Edward Bugg, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Ron Woerman and Alderman Brandon Tolliver APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0121 Approval of the minutes from the Finance Committee meeting held on February 15, 2024. A motion was made by Alderman Woerman, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 24-0105 An Ordinance Amending The Annual Budget For The Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2024 and Ending December 31, 2024 (Amendment #1 For The 2024 Fiscal Year). A motion was made by Alderman Woerman, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
