APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-1138 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on Monday, December 9, 2019. A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final December 23, 2019 Committee 19-1060 An Ordinance Providing for the Termination of Special Service Area 60 (Bowditch) in the City of Aurora Established Pursuant to Ordinance No. O99-33 on May 11, 1999 . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-1140 A Resolution accepting the improvements and maintenance security for Orchard 88 Industrial - PH II Public Imp.- 1998 Melissa Ln. A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-1155 A Resolution accepting the improvements and maintenance security for Butterfield East Unit 3 - Overall Site Improvements . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0855 A Resolution requesting approval to purchase the equipment of two internet routers from Sentinel Technologies Inc, 2550 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515, in an amount of $77,483 . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole. The motion carried.
