A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment AGENDA 20-0209 A Resolution to award the Rotary Plaza Pedestrian Bridge Removal and Walkway Reconstruction located in Ward 2 to MYS, Inc, Palos Heights, IL in the amount of hundred thirty-six thousand, seven hundred forty-eight dollars and zero cents $136,748.00 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0383 A Resolution accepting the improvements and maintenance security for Orchard Road Industrial . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0384 A Resolution accepting the improvements and maintenance security for AU Parking Deck - UG Stormwater Storage - 1405 Prairie St. A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
