City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final February 22, 2021 Committee APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0095 Approval of the 2/8/2021 I & T committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0115 An Ordinance authorizing the acceptance of the obligations set forth in a restrictive covenant in lieu of certain required public improvements for Butterfield Phase II, Unit 4B - Lot 401 - 2350 Frieder Ln and accepting the above ground improvements thereupon. A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0107 A Resolution to Award the contract for the Lakewood Place Water Main Replacement project located in Ward 4 to Mauro Sewer Construction, Inc., 1251 Redeker Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016 in the amount of three hundred twenty-nine thousand, nine hundred eighty-eight dollars and zero cents ($329,988.00). A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:33 PM.
