APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0178 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on March 8, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0183 A Resolution Awarding the bid to Service Sanitation located in Aurora, Illinois for Portable Toilet Rental/Service for various City of Aurora Divisions A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0187 A Resolution to Award the contract for the Eastview Estates CMP 18"-30" Storm Sewer CIPP Lining to Hoerr Construction, Inc. of Goodfield, IL in the amount of one hundred eighty-three thousand, nine hundred thirty dollars and zero cents. ($183,930.00) . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0196 A Resolution to reject all bids for the furnish and installation of the Downtown Greenhouse in Ward #4. A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
