CALL TO ORDER:
Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:01 pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
21-0681 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology
Committee Meeting held on August 23, 2021 .
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,
that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT
AGENDA
21-0604 A Resolution to award a contract to Martam Construction, Inc. in the bid
amount of $301,765.00 for the 2021 Bridge Rehabilitation Project .
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

21-0675 A Resolution to award a contract to Strand Associates, Inc. in the amount
of $62,000.00 to update the Financial Capability Assessment of the
City's Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

21-0695 A Resolution Authorizing a Contract with H. Linden & Sons Sewer and
Water, Inc., 722 E. South Street, Unit D, Plano, IL 60545 in the amount of
one hundred eighty-seven thousand, three hundred thirty-three dollars and
zero cents ($187,333.00) for the Plum Street Sewer Separation project
located in Ward 6.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas,
that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza
adjourned the meeting at 4:20 pm.
