ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0882 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on October 25, 2021. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0849 A Resolution Awarding Contracts to Supply Process Chemicals for the Water Production Division. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final November 8, 2021 Committee Ayes: 5 21-0898 A Resolution adopting unit price bids for the purchase of various water and sewer repair materials for the 2022 calendar year . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0899 A Resolution Accepting Plumbing Service Bids for the Water and Sewer Maintenance Division. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0900 A Resolution to accept the Proposals received for the 2022 Water & Sewer Division Emergency Repair Program . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0901 A Resolution Awarding the 2022 Sanitary & Storm Sewer Televising contract to National Power Rodding Corporation, 2500 W. Arthington St., Chicago, Illinois, 60612 in the amount of four hundred thirty thousand, seven hundred and seventy-seven dollars and seventy-five cents ($430,777.75). A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0905 A Resolution to award a contract to HR Green, Inc. in the amount of $381,850.00 for design engineering services for improvements to Bilter Road between Premium Outlets Boulevard and the Illinois Prairie Path . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
