ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-1028 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on December 13, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final January 10, 2022 Committee 21-1061 A Resolution to Award a Contract to Performance Construction & Engineering, LLC for the Normal Pressure System (NPS) Master Meter Replacement project in the amount of $367,800.00 for the Water Production Division A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-1063 A Resolution authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with the Fox Valley Park District for the conveyance and contribution of an unimproved section of the Gillette Avenue right-of-way . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-1072 A Resolution to award a contract to Strand Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,144,000 for the Rathbone CSO Preliminary Engineering Services . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0007 A Resolution approving the ratification request for payment to Brandt Excavating, Inc. for services rendered. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
