ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0110 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on February 7, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final March 7, 2022 Committee 22-0163 A Resolution Authorizing a Contract with W.E. Mundy Landscaping & Garden Center, Inc., 1135 Mitchell Road, Suite 100, Aurora, IL 60505 to accept the unit prices submitted for the Citywide Landscape Repair & Maintenance Contract . A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:08 pm.
