CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0979 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on November 21, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final December 12, 2022 Committee 22-0964 A Resolution authorizing the award of a contract for the 2022 and 2023 citywide Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Project to Hoerr Construction Inc ., in the bid amount of two million forty-two thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars and eighty cents ($2,042,125.80). Kurt Muth - Engineering, City of Aurora - presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
