ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderman John Laesch, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderman Brandon Tolliver APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0812 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on October 9, 2023. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final October 23, 2023 Committee 23-0848 A Resolution authorizing an agreement for a three-year subscription with two option years for digital services and website software from Granicus, Denver, CO for a total amount of $584,090.00 Tony Martinez, Director of Communications & Alex Alexandrou, Mayor's Office - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. First motion to recommend for approval made by Alderman Emmanuel Llamas which failed for lack of second. A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 Nayes: 2 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 5:00 pm.
