Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
23-0868 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology
Committee meeting held on October 23, 2023.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch,
that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

Joe Munder, Water Production - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions
regarding this item.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0845 A Resolution adopting unit price bids for the on-call full replacement of
disturbed lead water service lines in 2024 within the City .
Kurt Muth, Engineering - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding
this item.
A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0856 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an
agreement with Electric Conduit Construction in the amount of $399,388
for electrical improvements along Pinney Street in Ward 6.

with the HACH Company for $161,678.51 for the Water Production
Division.

Pipe View, LLC DBA Pipe View America in the amount of five hundred
seventeen thousand, seventy-five dollars and fifty cents ($517,075.50) .

that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

two option years for digital services and website software from Granicus,
Denver, CO for a total amount of $584,090.00
Attorney Pat Collins asked this item be postponed indefinitely.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch,
that this agenda item be tabled. The motion carried.
