CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Brandon Tolliver Absent: 1 - Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0981 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on November 27, 2023 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Jeff Anderson, Deputy CIO A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
