CALL TO ORDER:
Vice-Chair Alderman Smith called the meeting to order at 4:03pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
19-0652 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and
Transportation Committee meeting held on July 23, 2019 .
A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Saville,
that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

19-0306 A Resolution Establishing the Maximum number of Class G City of
Aurora Liquor Licenses ( unofficially related to application from: Marmion
Abbey, d/b/a Abbey Farms, 2855 Hart Road, Aurora, IL 60502) .
A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Chairperson
Hart-Burns, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.
Chairman Hart-Burns arrived at 4:05pm.

19-0634 A Resolution to purchase one (1) E-One 100 foot ladder truck from Fire
Service, Inc. of Saint John, Indiana, in the amount of $1,012,756.00.
A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman
Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.
Alderman Saville arrived at 4:09pm.

19-0638 A Resolution Establishing the Maximum Number of Class C City of
Aurora liquor licenses ( unofficially related to application from: Brahm Inc.,
dba Yorkshire Liquors at 4302 E. New York St., Unit 110, Aurora, IL) .
A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman
Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.

19-0668 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class G-1 City of
Aurora liquor licenses (unofficially related to application from: 7-Eleven,
Inc, dba 7-Eleven #38509H, to be located at 2626 Ogden Ave., Aurora,
Illinois.).
A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman
Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.

Fox Valley Park District regarding police services .
A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman
Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.

19-0695 Tag Day Event: The Knights of Columbus #14825 Tootsie Roll Drive

Trail and Orchard Road (including Frontage Rd) .
This Information/Discussion Only was forwarded as information only

A motion was made by Chairperson Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman
Lofchie, that this meeting be adjourned. Vice Chair Smith adjourned the
meeting at 4:30pm. The motion carried.
