APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-1039 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on November 12, 2019 . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1007 A Resolution authorizing the continued services of civilian fingerprint analysts Julie Smith and Gina Minetti as contractual consultants for the purpose of fingerprint analysis and identification for the Aurora Police Department. A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1008 A Resolution to accept the proposal from DeKane Equipment Corporation, 47W619 U.S. Rt 30, Big Rock, IL for the purchase of two Kubota RTV-X1140WL-H Utility Vehicles for the Aurora Police Department. A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:23pm. The motion carried.
