Jeff Wiencek, A.P.D.; Jeane Beck, Aldermanic Aide, Aldermen's Office APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0068 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on January 28, 2020 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0091 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class E City of Aurora liquor licenses ( unofficially related to application from: Primos Tacos , Inc. d/b/a Primos Tacos, 914 Highland Avenue, Aurora 60506) . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0092 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class F City of Aurora liquor licenses ( unofficially related to application from: McCarty Mills Taproom, Inc. d/b/a McCarty Mills Taproom, 140 S River Street, Unit 108 Aurora 60506). A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0103 A Resolution approving an agreement with District 129 and the City of Aurora, through the Aurora Police Department, for the Handle With Care Program A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:27 pm.
