City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final December 8, 2020 Transportation Committee APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0803 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on November 24, 2020 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0788 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from IJS Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Taqueria Los Comales #13) . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:04pm. The motion carried.
