A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0845 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class A: Package Sales licenses (unofficially related to the application from Oakhurst Liquors, Inc, at 2681 E. New York Street, #109, Aurora, IL 60502) . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 20-0846 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Compass Group USA, Inc. d/b/a Chartwells Dining Services). A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Galena Blvd., Aurora, IL 60506). A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:12 PM.
