A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0007 A Resolution Authorizing Approval of the 2021 Annual Action Plan and Substantial Amendment (2020-#4) to the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Annual Action Plan Funding Recommendations . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
