A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0012 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of one Zoll X series cardiac monitor/defibrillator and accessories using the Silver Cross Purchasing Cooperative in the amount of $30,569.34 for the Aurora Fire Department from Zoll Medical Corporation of Chelmsford, MA . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0006 A Resolution Approving the 2021 Quality of Life Grants in the amount of $834,000 A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0058 Charitable Solicitation Application for the American Legion Roosevelt Post #1944 and Auxiliary for their Poppy Days on May 28, 2021 - May 29, 2021. A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:47pm.
