A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0377 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on May 11, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA 21-0385 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class D: Fox Valley Entertainment District (Auditorium/Theatrical) liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Bit Theater, Inc. d/b/a Bit Theater at 4034 Fox Valley Center Drive, Aurora) - Ward 10 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
