ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0834 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held October 12, 2021. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final October 26, 2021 Transportation Committee 21-0848 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class D: Downtown Core Entertainment District liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Chupacabra Puerto Rican Kitchen, LLC at 31 N Broadway, Aurora). [Ward 2] A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned this meeting at 4:09 pm.
