ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0975 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held November 23, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final December 14, 2021 Transportation Committee 21-0992 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Texas Roadhouse Holdings, LLC d/b/a Texas Roadhouse at 986 N Rt. 59, Aurora). [Ward 10] A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-1003 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of One (1) 2022 Wheeled Coach Ford F-550 4x4 gas type 1 ambulance from Fire Service Inc., St. John, Indiana in the amount of $314,253.00 for the Aurora Fire Department. A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:08 PM.
