ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville Absent: 1 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0240 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on March 14, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Fire Chief McCabe, Fire Department A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 23-0231 A Resolution awarding Total Property Management of Monee, IL as the 2023 contractor with a possible two 1-year extensions for Grass and Weeds abatement services within the City of Aurora Illinois. Ruthy Harris, Property Standards; Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Jessica Price, Purchasing A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
