ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0118 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on February 13, 2024. A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT Adam Pauley spoke regarding addiction and mental health discussed during the most recent 708 board meetings. Jen Stallings, City Clerk - City of Aurora and Joseph Tota, CEO - Tapville Social, presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:13 pm.
