Chief of Staff Mayor's Office; Marissa Spencer, Law Dept.; Jeane Beck, Administrative Aide, Aldermen's Office OTHERS PRESENT: Michael Bauer, MJB Commercial APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0627 Approval the minutes of the RAP Committee meeting held on July 16, 2019. A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final August 6, 2019 Procedure 19-0635 A Resolution Appointing Terrie Simmons, Claudia R. Urrutia, Linda Cole, Dan Hoffman and Ken Gaul and reappointing Maria Hernandez, Helen Ratzlow and Warren Barton to the Block Grant Working Committee. Alderman Edward Bugg arrived at 3:03pm A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-0664 Continued discussion of local video gaming license requirements under Division 5 of Article IV of Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of Aurora. This Information/Discussion Only was discussed HELD 19-0496 An Ordinance amending Chapter 6 - ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, Section 6-13 of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances Entitled "Allowed Areas." A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:52 pm.
