APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0780 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final September 17, 2019 Procedure 19-0826 A Resolution Appointing Bruce Cairns to the Aurora Veterans Advisory Council. A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0843 A Resolution Appointing Leela Karumuri to the Indian American Community Outreach Advisory Board . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0844 A Resolution Appointing Janine McDonough to the Advisory Commission on Disabilities. A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0831 Update for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee on the Chapter 6 - Alcoholic Liquor Revisions. This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed 19-0796 A Resolution Initiating a Public Hearing to Consider the Revisions to Aurora's Zoning Ordinance 3100 to Section 3.3 Definitions, Section 4.3 Special Uses & Structures and Table One: Use Categories This Resolution was discussed and filed HELD 19-0505 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances Entitled "Alcoholic Liquor". A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:48pm. The motion carried.
