A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final December 3, 2019 Procedure 19-1087 An Ordinance Extending the Registration Deadline and Deferring All Related Obligations Under the Business Registration Ordinance . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1082 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 6, Sec. 6-5. - Application for license, Sec. 6-7. - Term of license; renewals and Sec. 6-10. - Special permits. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1086 A working draft of proposed changes to Chapter 6 entitled "Alcoholic Liquor", Sec. 6.2.-Definitions and Sec.6-8.-Classifications. This Ordinance was discussed and filed. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Carl Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:08 PM.
