A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final January 7, 2020 Procedure 19-1149 A Resolution Appointing Kelvin Beene and Sandra Harrison to the Aurora African American Heritage Advisory Board . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:05 pm.
