The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT Steve Butler - 21-0276 AGENDA 21-0308 Discussion of an Ordinance amending Chapter 13 pertaining to the sale of Alternative Nicotine Products. This agenda item was discussed 21-0314 Discussion of upcoming ordinance changes regarding Boards and Commissions. This agenda item was discussed HELD 21-0276 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 and Chapter 9 of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances Pertaining to the Sale of Pets within the City. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be sent back to the Legal Department for recommended revisions as follows: Two versions of Part B to be created one with Alderman Franco's suggested changes and one with Alderman Franco's suggested changes without non for profit organizations. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:31 PM. The motion carried.
