A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0598 An Ordinance amending various provisions of Division 2-V-2 of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to purchases . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0635 A Resolution approving the appointment of a member to the Preservation Commission. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0636 A Resolution approving the appointment of a member to the Retiree Health Insurance Trust Fund Board . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:42pm.
