CALL TO ORDER Chairman Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas Absent: 1 - Alderman Carl Franco APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0851 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on October 19, 2021. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final November 2, 2021 Procedure 21-0891 A Resolution approving the appointment of René Craig to the Bicycle, Pedestrian & Transit Advisory Board. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0893 A Resolution approving the appointments of members to the Aurora Youth Council. A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0894 A discussion regarding an anticipated lease agreement with BNSF Railway Company regarding the Aurora Transit Center Commuter Station. This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed HELD 21-0740 An update regarding the proposed changes to the sign ordinance, Chapter 41, Signs, of the Code of Ordinances. This Information/Discussion Only was held 21-0839 An Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to the licensure of retailers engaged in the business of selling certain vapor and alternate tobacco and nicotine products. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
