ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-1064 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on December 21, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-1070 A Resolution approving the appointment of Lillian Feinberg to the Aurora Youth Council. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final January 4, 2022 Procedure Ayes: 5 21-1067 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Article VI, to Reflect the Appropriate History of the Changes to the Boards and Commissions Ordinances in Municode. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 21-0839 An Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to the licensure of retailers engaged in the business of selling certain vapor and alternate tobacco and nicotine products . This Ordinance was held ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:12 PM.
