ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0148 An Ordinance amending Chapter 6 Sec . 6-2 of the Code of Ordinances . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0151 An Ordinance amending Chapter 6 Sec . 6-13 and Chapter 8 Sec. 8-131 of the Code of Ordinances . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final March 1, 2022 Procedure 22-0154 A Resolution approving the appointment of members to the Tree Board . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0167 A Resolution approving the appointment of Nancy Martinez to the Planning and Zoning Commission . This Resolution was walked on by Alex Voigt from the Mayor's Office. The Resolution was discussed and forwarded to COW under New Business. CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Edward Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:25 PM.
