ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0471 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on June 7, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0474 A Resolution authorizing the appointment of Rick Lawrence to the Veterans Advisory Council. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:08 PM.
