ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0620 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on August 2, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0624 Approval of the minutes from the Special Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on August 4, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Frank Calabrese, Consultant; Ross Seckler, Attorney A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that all four maps be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 Nayes: 2 PUBLIC COMMENT Curtis Wilson; Bob Paolicohi; Casildo Casey Cuevas; Sandi Schmitt AGENDA 22-0633 A Resolution approving the appointment of Anu Krishnamurthy, Srivani Vokkarane, Ghousiak Wajid, and Nitin Fuldeore to the Indian American Community Outreach Advisory Board . Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0645 A Resolution approving the re-appointment of Dr. Timothy Brown and Lily Rocha to the Civilian Review Board .
