ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0729 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on September 6, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0746 An Ordinance amending Chapter 15 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to the solicitation and acceptance of public or private donations by City officers and employees. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried.
