ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0764 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on September 20, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final October 4, 2022 Procedure 22-0790 A Resolution approving the appointment of Ava Parks to the Aurora Youth Council. Sylvia Vargas, Mayor's Office; Simon Rodriguez, Youth Services A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 22-0746 An Ordinance amending Chapter 15 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to the solicitation and acceptance of public or private donations by City officers and employees. Rick Veenstra, Legal Dept.; Rich Jacobs, Chief Of Staff A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PENDING CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:35 PM.
